Description

This is the FOSSCAD Mystique Suppressor. The files include a monocore, outer tube, and locking ring. There's also a pin in the core that engages the notch in the end of the tube, but I didn't model it. Most people just want the baffle profile anyway (which I modeled in SolidWorks). Parts of this suppessor design was inspired by the liberty mystic suppressor.

The suppressor I made uses a stainless monocore, first turned on a lathe then CNC'd, the outer tube im using is from Titanium Joes (http://www.titaniumjoe.com/index.cfm/products/product-details/?code=TU:3Al-2.5V:1.375:1.319:0.028:SC) and the o-ring Im using is from McMaster, part #9396K139 size -117. The external threads for the locking ring I measured at 40 threads per inch with a pitch diameter of 1.270 inches. The internal threads (for the barrel adapter or booster) I measured at 24 threads per inch with about a 1.180 inch minor diameter.
